1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Provision
We provide AC cleaning, maintenance, and repair services in Dubai. While we strive for excellence, we reserve the right to refuse service or change our service offerings at any time.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments
Payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and digital payment methods as available.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your AC system or property. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
