Our primary goal is your 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since we provide a labor-based service, full refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed. However, partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in exceptional cases.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Materials and spare parts already installed.
- Services that have been signed off by the customer.
- Inspection fees for jobs where no further work was authorized.
4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
